Delivery times
I do my best to respect the shipping times shown on the order confirmation. I will send you several pictures and a video of the painting for approval before shipping, and it will be shipped only if you are satisfied with your artwork.
I do worldwide delivery and ship all paintings via DHL courier "Express shipping". All my paintings are fully insured for peace of mind. Delivery usually takes about 1-2 business days for Europe and 4-8 business days for the other countries.
Please note that, I'll need your phone contact for the courier so that DHL will be able to send you a message when the artwork will be delivered and will be able to contact you to solve any issue.
Just a polite reminder that once I have shipped your item the shipping time is out of my hands, delays due to customs are unfortunate but do happen time to time. I thank you in advance for your politeness in respect to shipping enquiries!
Please note that I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
All paintings are packed carefully in a strong cardboard box, shipped with DHL.
A tracking number will be sent to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Please contact us right away at info@simeoniartstudio.com if you feel there is a problem that needs to be addressed with your order and we will promptly work with you to come to a solution.
Artwork Quality Guarantee
Here's how it works:
1- You can place the order for the painting by selecting the size and coloryou desire. The artwork will be created for you, so if you want, you can customize it. The artwork is stretched, painted on the sides and provided with hardwere to hang it on the back (hooks and steel cable). If you need the frame also, you can choose it from the section of my shop and you will receive the framed painting, ready to hang.
2- I will send you the order confirmation with the details.
3- If everything is ok, I will start creating your artwork. I need 6-8 weeks to make the painting.
4- Before shipping I will send you some pictures and a video for approval and only if you are satisfied with your painting, I will proceed to ship it via DHL Express insured shipping.
Shipping Damage
Should your artwork arrive damaged during transit, we will offer a complimentary replacement or provide a full refund.
All my paintings are fully insured.
Insurance:
Artwork lost in shipping:
-Painting is lost before it arrives to your address, you will get a full refund.
-Painting is lost after it delivered to your address, insurance do NOT cover it. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damage:
-Painting is damaged: You will have a refund for the full cost of the painting.
-Frame is damaged: You will have a refund of the cost of the frame.

Please check your package carefully when you receive it, make sure it's in good conditions. If any damage is present, please take whole and detailed pictures before open the packaging and take also pictures of the damaged content. Contact me within 24 hours, the evidences you provided are essential for claiming insurance and get refund.

Return
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned painting.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer is responsible for shipping securely in the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Please contact us within 7 days should you feel a return is necessary at info@simeoniartstudio.com and we will work with you to begin initiating your return. We cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons responsible to the buyer, or items returned more than 14 days after the initial delivery.
​REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon approval a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take approximately 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund before the funds apply to your account.
EXCHANGES:
I don't accept exchanges.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
