Frames are not included in painting price. Artworks are painted on the edges and are provided with hardware for hanging on the back (hooks and rope). Final approval: Before shipping, you’ll receive detailed photos and a short video of the completed painting. Only once you are fully satisfied will the artwork be shipped via insured DHL Express. If adjustments are needed, we will work together to refine the piece. Delivery: Shipping times are 1–3 working days for Europe and 5–8 working days for the rest of the world. Please note that once shipped, delivery times may be affected by customs or other unavoidable delays. Insurance: All paintings are fully insured. Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. Artworks maintenance Used materials are high professional & quality oil and acrylic colors on high quality gallery professional cotton canvas. The sides are painted and make the artwork ready to hang, giving it a modern and contemporary look. The pictorial layers are very resistant to light and the painting is protected by a transparent varnish that will keep it intact over time. It is normal for the canvas to lose its natural tension over time. This is due to the humidity of the air and the temperature changes. To restore it to its original tension state, gently tap the wooden wedges on the back. Do not hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or too close to heat source. Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down. It is best to protect the works on paper with glass or plexiglass. Frames maintenance Lacquer frame: For cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Gold and silver leaf frame: Manufacturing of this product has been realized with hand crafted procedures and not industrial. Some small imperfections and ripples of the surface are deliberately present and they are characteristic of a handmade production that do not reduce the value of the product but ensure the advantage proving the handmade manufacturing procedure. The paintings are packed with various layers of cardboard, bubble wrap, foam rubber and polystyrene. Paper works are shipped in flat or rolled cardboard, depending on the size and weight of the paper.

I do my best to respect shipping times showed in the order confirmation. I ship all paintings via fast DHL Express. Delivery usually takes about 1-2 business days for Europe and 3-7 business days for the other countries. All paintings are packed carefully in a strong cardboard box, shipped with DHL. A tracking number will be sent to you. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All my paintings are fully insured. Insurance: Artwork lost in shipping: -Painting is lost before it arrives to your address, you will get a full refund. -Painting is lost after it delivered to your address, insurance do NOT cover it. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Damage: -Painting is damaged: You will have a refund for the full cost of the painting. -Frame is damaged: You will have a refund of the cost of the frame. All artworks sold on this website are created and sold directly by the artist. For shipments within Italy, a reduced VAT rate of 10% applies according to Italian tax law (DPR 633/1972, Table A, Part III, no. 127-septiesdecies). For sales to private customers in other European Union countries, the VAT rate applied corresponds to the rate in force in the customer’s country, in accordance with EU e-commerce regulations and, if applicable, the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme.
